You said it ranks in the 21st position, and then you said you've never seen it appear in the serps.

Maybe Proranktracker checks rankings with USA ip. Your site may have different rankings based on location. Try googling with tor and you will find your website in google.

If you are tracking your keyword for USA, then use an USA IP to check your rankings or use "google.com/ncr".

Google gives different results for different locations.

Its not a penalty, you are already ranking, so build more links.

I can go up with above members mentioned,

Verify and change your IP based on your location as stated above.

Better still there's an add-on for Firefox that let's you search a different country's Google. It's called Google Global or something. Putting /ncr at the end of a Google URL used to work but now they FORCE your country's results onto you no matter what you do, no matter what you try they don't give a f*** they're giving you results based on your location which they stalked via mobile GPS or IP lookup.

    So proxies, add-ons or nothing.

Try other services to compare and confirm your rankings. Use services that offer free accounts such as micrositemasters, bunnyrank or serpfox. If you're only tracking one keyword, free accounts on these services would suffice. Also, try to login to a VPN with US IP and check your rankings manually. HMA VPN Pro is useful in this case. Otherwise, you could use hotspotsheild with US-based IP, but you could experience lots of popups on it.

just checked with accuranker, show the similar position. but not found in google. suspect early on i have accidentally publish the content that looks like "keywords stuffing" in the begining. however i has removed few days ago, if google algorithm detect such pattern, how long it will be filtered from the search? thanks
