I'm running a local service business in over 100+ cities. All my landing pages, both design and content are the same, except I changed the city names in the content.

I think this may be hurting my traffic and revenue.

Does google rank sites higher on design and/or content?

Only reason why I did everything the same my cost.

How exactly can I figure out if this is a major cause? Also, while I'm here. Is their any program that can crawl my site and tell me every landing page and what it's ranking in Google?

    Cheers!

You can use different subdomains for different cities with the different landing page is good for gaining the traffic. Also, use social media help to target the customers in the cities which you have the business.
