So i am thinking about pointing my money sites with high DA web 2.0, So is this enough or should i try to get some pbn?

I think backlinks better than what your competitors are using will do the job, assuming the on page is alright.
It could be PBN though

Why don't you analyze your competition and go from there? No one here can tell you for sure because we don't know what your competition looks like.
Because a lot of SEO services don't check out the clients competition, they just blast links to the site.
pal, is not about the keyword has 10k monthly searches means you need darn good and many backlinks, i have ranked for some keywords like this and it only required web 2.0 and few months time, do no even need pbn. Most important is the keyword competition, does other sites ranking on there is powerful or just weak.
don simply throw your budget/saving into it without analyse the keyword competiton.
