So yesterday I got rejected by AWM, and I am trying to figure how to get accepted into the different networks currently. What kind of a website do I need to make and exactly what do the CPA networks look for?

Do I need to create a wordpress blog or something? If yes then after I make that blog, what should I tell the CPA networks along with my web address if they ask how I get traffic. Via Google?

With respect all the answers to your basic questions can be solved with ease by using the...

    BHW SEARCH BUTTON!

I was going to give an Absolutely Phenomenal reply but that is your expertise...

yes this is what you need to do
a domain wit your registration name if the whois is public
setup a blog with 4-5posts, they dont even have to be unique
AWM accepted me with just this.
and i did not use premium template, just free wordpress template

I don't have a website but got accepted to AWM pretty fast. You just need to sound serious about making money but don't exaggerate, just be honest and explain as much as you can on how you are going to make money with them(write a full para or two in that field).

It's very easy to get accepted. If you don't have your own website, I'm not going to advise that you do this but you could potentially hypothetically put someone's elses URL seeing as they have no verification system. ;)

I disagree. Unless you have email that has the domain name after the "at" symbol for eg your email is youremail at yourwebsite dot biz(I am not allowed to post email directly because I am new thats why "at" and "dot") then ok otherwise you'l be better off leaving it blank or N/A and focusing on the other feilds.
