Hello, everybody,

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experiences over the last few years as an independent SEO consultant and how my views on content have changed, especially when it comes to AI produced content. I have been involved in SEO for a long time now and the industry has undergone incredible transformations, particularly with the emergence of technologies like ChatGPT-4.

In Its Early Years: The Wild West of AI Content

Back in 2021, there were many instances where AI-generated content was considered as something new. I remember feeling excited but also skeptical at the same time. The concept of automating the production of articles sounded fantastic – who wouldn’t wish to crank out hundreds of them in split seconds? However, every innovative thing comes with its own proficiency and challenges.

In beginning days, during which I worked on some websites using AI tools for texts composition; the texts created were not that bad yet they wanted ‘the human touch.’ They were too general sometimes, bizarre, most definitely could not do what fine written human ones can do. Google could not put it off handily however it never supported my customers in terms of ranking either. Hence forward, human written texts remained king.

2023: The Entry of ChatGPT-4 and Ultimate AI Content

It was in 2023 when everything changed with the advent of ChatGPT-4. This artificial intelligence was smarter and more nuanced, capable of generating material that sounded more natural than human writing. I began utilizing AI tools for content creation.

To tell the truth, the consequences were diverse at first sight. Some posts generated high levels of engagement while some others felt somewhat empty. My customers noticed it too; although some praised quick generation and large volume of pieces, others argued that there was something wrong with them. In retrospect, I came to understand that AI could not be a complete answer.

The Change: Making AI Content More Human

Having realized the inadequacies of bare artificial intelligence based texts, I understood I must narrow down the gap between efficiency of AI and quality associated with people’s work. At this moment if your looking for making something else which would “humanize” AI written content; it’s confidential business yet very promising.

With such instrument I manage to modify AI text so as to better resonate both between writer’s style as well as search engines alike. These texts are better flowing than human ones for they possess an authentic feel while at the same having higher ranks in SERPs. Thereby my clients get happier since they see great results even in case they do not have any speed advantages provided by using this method.

The Evolution of Search Engine Optimization

In the past two years, there have been notable changes in the field of SEO. Content originating from AI is no longer a gamble like it used to be but it’s not just enough to rely on it. When compared to two years ago, Google has become much better in rewarding quality content whether human written or AI-generated. However, plain content generated by AI alone will still not place one at the top positions.

I now have a mixed approach. First, I make use of AI for rapid content generation; afterwards I run my humanizer tool on all this content during post-production. The difference is night and day; my clients’ texts are more interesting and better ranked by search engines which ultimately leads to more sales.

I love what lies ahead! The role played by Artificial Intelligence in creating materials will continue being very pivotal since the ways we refine as well as animalize that have to do with creating them will thus become the corner stone concerning everything related to it. I am not concerned with Google penalizing such types of writings done through machines; instead, my aim remains ensuring that everything written is valuable regardless of origin.

If you’re still unsure whether or why should you try out using AI for your blog or other types of platforms maybe because they seem less impressive than the human ones then take this in consideration; putting more effort into refining their outputs is an investment that requires time. Never just click “publish” regardless on what comes out of an algorithm. In order for your content truly stands out, it needs some human touch.

Anyhow, so far that has been my experience. I wonder what people think about this – does AI based content affect your search engine optimization methods?

Those who were aware about AI in early days, already made ankit of money because competition was less.

It's interesting to hear your experiences with AI content. I've also seen a shift in how Google handles AI-generated content. It's definitely not a one-size-fits-all approach.

While AI can be great for speed and efficiency, it's important to remember that human touch is still crucial. You're right, refining AI output is key.

I'm curious about your 'humanizer' tool. Care to share more about it?

Overall, I agree that AI is changing SEO, and we need to adapt our strategies to work with it effectively.
