what it is like to be a man in the western culture ?

It is a Genuine questions what is like to be a man in the western culture regardless of Geographical location
As man grow up in the eastern culture i saw men and women were stick to basic human Instinct like men's job and women's job.
In contrary in west people were open about sexual orientation ,or having relationship with a older men/women .
I do appreciate that people are open minded about sexual orientation or having relationship/marriage with age differences but one thing which men having in all parts of world as i feel is they do not accept /cant see their girl/women having relationship with some other man.it was same in all the countries till 1950s but i can see in 2020s in western culture its okay for a woman to have multiple relationships and their husband/bf cant even question about it ,why in western culture men becoming weaker.Meanwhile after you get thrown out of house in the same house and same bed she can have sex with some random stranger but you cant even question it .

I do strongly believe there are tons of good things happened and learnt from western culture ,empowerment of women and lots of good things to the world but why it is changing rapidly in recent time.

These things will, unfortunately, start to be more and more common. I don't think there's any actual love in it - having more partners. It's just dumb IMHO. But hey, world is changing and will continue to do so. More stuff will become "normal" or at least not a taboo, which is good but, I personally think lots of people will get confused and live their lives differently, just to feel cool, modern and as a hedonist.

I mean, those "open relationships" come to mind. They are hilarious to me.
 
But isnt it weird a man lets his wife/gf sleep with someone else and couldnt do anything about it.
 
I feel the western culture is fucked up with relationships. Look at all the simps we find here, it is NOT normal, a man is strong and should not be considered as weak, but in europe and america, it tends to have a castration culture toward us. Very soon I will go to jail because I like to open the door to my girl when I enter somewhere... ridiculous..

Sometimes people drift apart. Sometimes your s/o just doesn't feel the same about you anymore. Humans suck at communicating. Breakups are hard and people stall it out. Cheating happens - regardless of gender.

If you get cheated on you part ways with that person and move on, but looking for revenge is a kinda pathetic.

In eastern culture its still not acceptable to sleep with multiple people and it is not socially acceptable
but in the west its pretty much a routine thing and men are okay with that ,worst part is they raise their s*on seeing all these when she brings home random man isnt it traumatic for a him ?

Its not socially acceptable in the west as well, and men aren't okay with it.

It's not a "routine thing" to have multiple sexual partners at the same time, especially not when you're in a relationship.
"Western culture" is just more about letting people do whatever the fuck they want. There are a lot of traditions that don't really have a place in this day and age, or at least no necessity.
People are starting to realise that we're a society of individuals and as long as it doesn't hurt anyone, why would you restrict people in what they wanna do?

In what way does it negatively affect you if a random girl sleeps with two different guys this week? Not at all. As long as no one is pressured to do anything, there's no need to stick your nose into other people's business.
 
I think the best thing about being a man in western culture was that I was actually able to understand the kind of man I wanted to be without outside influence. I was able to try everything and decided what was the best way of life for me.

I tried dating older women.
I tried dating multiple women at once.
I tried not dating at all.

The funny thing is that after all that it turns out my favorite is the normal one woman, around your age, was the best for me.

Turns out after all my experimentation, being normal was my favorite.
 
Being a western man is like this: You help the woman open a jar and then have to listen to her telling everyone how strong and independent she is
 
I can't complain besides the weather...... The cost of living

Where are you getting this information from, the media? Things being portrayed like that do not always reflect real life. Also, there's a difference between something being acceptable and people doing something about it.
 
mass media propaganda makes you believe it's like this. You wonder what comes first, the culture, or the media reports? maybe the media influence the culture depending on their interests ;)
