So I bought this domain lakepark dot com for a PBN. From my research on majestic and wayback it looks like it would be a pretty decent domain for a PBN. I want the input from the BHW masters on this one!

Thanks in advance for your input!

See i was confused. Where did you see this? I looked in wayback and dont see it redirected. I see an expired domain site pop up for about 3 years or so. Does that mean it wasnt used? I didnt see any other redirection. Where did you find the redirect?

And how much is lost as far as link juice is lost when redirected?

Metrics are fine, domain looks clean (inactive after 2009, but no spammy content). The redirection seofactory mentioned is to domain registrar which is not too bad thing. I'd use it for my PBN. However you shouldn't disclosure your domains under no circumstances. Just read that huge thread about setting up your own PBN and you'll get pretty good info on how to check if domains are good. Just follow that and you don't really need to ask anyone.

I didnt see any redirects either. It looks like a clean domain, but I am not a fan of 13 referring domains - too low for my taste. I am not saying there's anything wrong with it, just a bit weak.
