Sorry, but I think I can do better using Paint.
 
The logo is so bad that the admins banned you.
 
I could make a Better logo than what you did and I am not a Designer at all. It is worth nothing, You are better off buying a logo for $10 on fivrr or pay someone to create you a nice logo.
 
I am on my phone so maybe its hard to see, but it looks like there is text under "Forum for u". If it is, you should make it darker so it can be more visible.
Design wise, it is basic.

I like its unique style and effects.
But you used the old and unattractive color scheme. I think you should have to replace skyblue color with dark red or any other dark color with gradient effects on it.
 
I really like the colors of this but I would not really want to pay a whole lot of it, as it does not appear to be high quality work in my eyes.
