What is your experience with free hosting sellers for blogging?

I dont understand your question, how can you sell something for free.
Is there any specific hosting seller(s) you wanna know about?

There are decent options to start blogging starting $5/year.
Free hosting always has some issues like ads, unreliable with data and uptime.
Awardspace used to be good but I haven't used it anymore for years so can't say about current situawtion.

blogger was good... once upon a time

The free hosting's that I ever used were blogger and wordpress.com for my free blogs. I later converted these blogs (they were not many though) into a complete websites by assigning them a custom domain. This is the best practice I would recommend if you ever have to start a blog and have no budget.

I never signed up for any 'free hosting' services for the sake of safety.
