ok so i am making a little site for a friends massage company and the contact form says it's sending the emails but none of them are arriving.. any idea whats wrong with my code? thanks

not sure i bought a theme and i have been tweaking it so much that i am not sure what happened to the code. was working fine the other day. if u view my source code u will see its not that much code

no just css html template. i just figured someone would be able to right click and see the source code and figure it out
