I was just talking to one of my client aboout Google ads. I said him that he put the ads in the wrong place, it was cutting a picture. he replied that he did not post any ad. I gave him my screenshots, he checked on 3 different Pcs and also on tab but did not find the ads. How are the ads showing in my pc?

Most importantly I asked him if he saw the ad in the BHW forum above the header? he replied "NO". There is a ad visible below the footer in BHW too. Here are the snapshots of what I am looking at right now. You decide what is happening?

You got infected by some adware. Use Firefox latest version instead of Chrome and see if the ads are still there.

i think some hackers outside infested your chrome browser. I can't really find the adsense banner in my chrome(without ads blocker). Try to clear your browser and check whether there are inappropriate extensions.

It looks like you've got some type of adware on your pc or a toolbar. Pretty clever piece of adware though.

Download these programs there all free:
    ccleaner (cleans your browser data)
Malwarebytes get the 14 day free trials
    spybot search and destroy.

If you still have it then I would be slightly worried...

Edit: Or you can just try and uninstall chrome and wipe it from your pc and re-install it, you never know you might get lucky lol.

There are no such ads in BHW. You're browser is affected by some software extension.

There's a text "Ads not by this website". It must be adware.

Sign out of your Paypal NOW and change the password immediately using your phone or some other PC.

And then use your antivirus to scan the PC for viruses and re-install the browsers.

Ccleaner done, but the ads are still there. I am worried now, I think I should not use any website's panel or ftp now, right?

^^CCcleaner wont do the trick, you need to install and run MalWarebytes antimalware here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Then update and run your antivirus.

And then download and install Commodo firewall, then run its scanner (recommended): http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/

Thanks to http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/77438-powlow29.html. I am not seeing ay ads now. The process is just remove your unused or fishy extensions in your browser. I REMOVED SOME EXTENSIONS THAT I DONT USE OR HAVE NEVER USED AND RESTARTED THE BROWSER AND THE ADS WERE GONE. Thanks BHW.

    You need to reformat.

The fact is that you don't know the extent of the damage; you have been infected. The safest thing to do is reformat - don't be fooled by thinking some program can remove it because there's no guarantee that it can. I've also seen viruses clever enough to circumvent programs like Malwarebytes and trick you into thinking your computer is clean.

I was just throwing ccleaner in as its a good program to have, its the other 2 that you want to concentrate on though.

As HelloInsomnia said this is the best option if you have a recent back up. Deception is the main key to a virus and there is nothing more misleading then thinking you have removed the virus because its not showing anymore but actually is working in the background and doing much worse then before...
