What is the worth of my Tumblr Blog?

I really need your help,
One of my friend is interested to buy My Tumblr blog. But i really didn't know the worth of my account. I have 5K real followers, and it's a health niche blog.
From last two months, I have not updated my blog. On that time, the average of site visiting was 60 as per Google analytics. Seriously i need your Help, So plz help me out.

5K real followers and you only get 60 hits a month or week or day? Just ask your friend for a case of beer and give him the worthless blog.

Dont sell it, keep growing that 5k blog and then you will profit more than what you will make selling it right now.

I would be it's worth about $10.

haha last night I was really sick and I went to sleep at about 6 pm. I must have woken up to check messages + Amazon sales to find this thread and spew out my bad English.

You won't make any money at all selling, might as well build it up and then sell later

Your blog is on a good niche (Health).
I don't think so you should sell it this moment.
If you update it on a regular basis you can have more followers, and ultimately you can ask for more price.

Well Tumblr isn't self hosted so it will go for less then a traditional website but you may still be able to get some decent money out of it.
