What is the Value of 50+ clicks on banner on my site?

Hi i have a site getting 2k-3k pageviews a month from google.
If i place small banner on homepage (including on every page) i get 50+ clicks in a month
All natural from google and yahoo.
Where can i get advertisers for my site who are looking to buy advertising space(banner) on my site.
I know it is not much but it is improving day by day.
1 more thing what is the value of site in total if i sell?
