What is the use of such backlinks?

Its the root folder of the website owner. I think this is the url that you would put into your domain, and it would redirect you. Basically a public root admin directory. Maybe they offer a free plan, and this is the subdomain you get until you redirect your domain name.

What is the use of these links and how to create it? Is there any automation tool for such kind of sites?
It acts as a link indexer.

Create an index.html with a link list and upload to firebase. This can be automated easily if you know some html + some language.

Edit: i thought the links were external but they are not, so it just acts as a root home page with some internal links. If you check their sitemap they have thousands of pages and not all of them are listed there. Why? I have no idea.

But as you can see if you will open any page you will see images from random sites. So, is he trying to blend his site with them. the second thing all outgoing links are going to image. What is the SEO value in such case?

It's just images from authority sites (like Amazon, Walmart and ebay) with titles. There is no CTA button or affiliate links. I think the user is testing a churn & burn project or an auto-blogging affiliate site.

Somebody is testing Firebase platform to use it as an affiliate Web 2.0 website. Look at the backlinks, these are backlinks to internal pages of the same web 2.0. These pages are generated by an automation tool and each page covers a certain keyword. Maybe after it gets some rankings, the owner will add some affiliate buttons
