yeah that could work but be careful results might vary depending on location or the account settings try with multiple accounts to be sure
 
Limit to 2-3 accounts per IP/device and ensure each account has a unique IP or proxy to stay under the radar.
 
For me the safest number would be 3 to 5 posts to avoid unusual activity and also make sure you use proxy to avoid getting banned.
