What is the purpose of Proxies

    Hey, i wanted to know what is the purpose of proxies with regards to SEO?

    When people want to scale things up, they usually come to the point where they consult a single website's service multiple times, and even more. Often enough websites don't like this and will start blocking them. Proxies are intermediary pc's that help to stay unknown by spreading your service consumation over those various pc's..

    Hiding behind 7 proxies is the only way to be protect your identity.

    Proxies don't mean you necessarily are doing anything wrong; they can act as sort of a "business phone line" so you don't throw around your home line everywhere. Instead of phone numbers, proxies deal with IP addresses.

    Easier to describe is that a proxy changes your IP, so it looks like a different computer. You don`t use it only for the websites that block you. You use proxies any time you can, so it looks that the links built by you are made from multiple computers, not just yours..
