Should you use images from your money site on your tier 1 web 2.0s, tier 2 web 2.0s, or even tier 3 gsa spam by utilising img src?

Interesting question indeed, would like to hear if someone tested this out.
As OP said, will it make a difference if some/all images on 1st, 2nd, ... tier websites contain src urls taken from the money site,
versus re-uploading those images to their respective servers or external hosts (e.g. imgur)

I mean these images don't even have to be on your money site webpages, just uploaded to the same domain. Could be just like moneysite.com/target-keyword-images/target-keyword-1.png, target-keyword-2.png, etc.

Yeah and doesn't Google have the power to compare the visual similarities of an image? They do that with image search.

Either way seems like a hard thing to test

The concept could be rationalized like "if many websites use images from {your-website} when writing about this topic, then that means these websites trust you, so if {your-website} goes away - their content will break, so I (Google) have to make you not be gone"

    But it's pure broscience

Well they mentioned GSA, and we all know when someone mentions GSA 3 times and spins around in front of a mirror that you appear, so he just rushed it by tagging you.

To anyone but the banned OP that reads this question.
This can work, but you need to do it right, not just hotlink your own image. Use an embed code, share an image, infographic, etc... from your site, and it will look better, it also provides a backlink. Then if you set everything up right, you won't get the backlink to the infographic but to the post itself.
    And any good backlink helps!

id include images links on tier 1 webs along with link. you can see people tend to steal images from successful images and link them directly on their blogs.
