What is the most popular/best/customizable affiliate network software/script out there?

It seems that there is a recurring back-end on a lot of the networks, and I figure that they are all using similar software for a reason.

Ive seen a lot of Has-Offer sites up lately, but that doesnt mean its the best .... Let me know what you think (both from an owners and an affiliates perspective.)

HasOffers is the cheapest compare to others that's why many use that as first base before going bigger. It's not the best, many use it because because it's cheap.
I know many big networks use Propietary or DirectTrack affiliate tracking software.
Go to the software website to check name of networks that use the software.
    Hope this helps.

has offers is what most start out with for your own CPA network if you don't have or want to invest the $10K+ in it.

pofecker, richuser and cypionate are using has offers for their networks.

Ok so it seems like has offers is an overall better system if I dont want to have to cut out 10k of my profits per month to pay for the software.

    Thanks :)
