Anyone here ever spend a few hundred or even 1,000 on a link?

Curious what you all think. I may consider a Huffpost article when I have a bigger budget but for now I'd go up to around 250 for a high quality authority .edu or authority news article type of link.

I've spent over $X,XXX on a link before as I really needed it for something. It depends if the link is really worth the money to you.

One link last year made me over $20,000. All depends on the type of link.

The most I have ever spent is $65. My clients spend $30+. It depends on the quality and safety of the link I suppose.

If the ROI is positive, then the initial price isn't an issue. As long as the link with produce a positive ROI, you're winning.

High XX to mid XXX is normal for a good quality link but as people mentioned before it doesn't really matter. Nobody minds paying XXXX or more for just one link if the ROI is good :)
