2 years ago I was creating Tiktok accounts and trying to reach USA audience.
My method was as follows:
1) get an iphone and clean wipe it.
2) set the iphone up with all the necessary settings (turning off location, switching timezone to USA, creating a new apple id with USA number, using tello.com to get an USA e-sim and turn it on). Maybe there is more steps needed, however this is what I did back then.
3) Downloading nord vpn. Turning it on and then downloading tiktok. then turn the vpn off and open tiktok and create an account with a email and then log in.
4) Then I usually checked if the account had beta program available. If it did and i had USA feed, I was pretty sure I have created an USA account.

>This is where I got stuck. Since I live next to Russia, I only got Russian audience even though my videos were focused towards USA audience. I tried everything to get usa audience (usa trends, us voices, us people, us sounds and so on) but nothing worked. So I said fk it and started doing content in Russian. And as soon as I went fully over to Russian my videos started to blow up. But this wasn't my goal so I just stopped.
Since then I haven't tried this method anymore however I assume the outcome is the same.
Now I have some brands that I would like to promote in USA however I don't know what works.
Does anyone have updated information how this could be done, without using proxies and this kind of over complicated stuff? Maybe proxy is needed IDK.
