seo is a variable thing though. Things like article writing, design and development services can be predicted when it comes to tat. Seo, may be he can predict the tat in terms of delivery, but the ranking? I am not sure if anyone here can provide you a tat for that. May be i am wrong.

Seo is very dependent on more factors like google updates ,keywords but you should be seeing some results in about 4 months or so

Hmmm that I am pretty sure can be predicted, and the seller should do that. If you don’t see a tat, report the thread so that a mod can review it.

There are a lot of variables involved. Unless you know what you are getting into or have the funds to play around or experiment, don't get into this if you are looking to invest all you have on ranking.
