Hi guys, I'm hoping someone can help me.

My URL has been added to the Akismet list after someone from here blasted my site. Not naming any names.

It now means that I can't leave my link on any wordpress sites, because the filter catches me every time.

What is my best option for manually building backlinks from this point onwards? I was originally just browsing blogs, but now I'm finding it impossible to leave links.

    Thanks

Happy with slow, happy with diverse, but I meant in which format. Is blog posted still the best way of building backlinks? If so, what's the second best way?

    Thanks dude

Also, this may be a stupid question: I'm posting on a lot of forums that are do-follow, does every link count? As in, is 500 posts showing my signature on one domain worth spending time on, or should I just be doing it once per domain and moving on to a different forum?

Just want to make sure it's worth it before I invest weeks building a large amount of links on a single forum.

high pr low outbound contextual homepage - depends if the page is indexed as well if its not it wont get counted. do follow is essential yes - all links pretty much any type will count as long as it doesnt look unnatural

just use a different e-mail address and leave good comments... I got blocked by them last week and did just that - hey presto, leaving links again.

You could also appeal to them and suggest someone spammed your links without your say so but they probably hear that a lot.

Get Another website and blast to this website instead. Then just put a contextual homepage link to the first website.

Seems to be my actual domain name that's blocked though. I'm currently in discussion with them now, hopefully they'll ease up on the blacklist.
