    Hey

A newbie here, i recently purchased a exact match domain with over 18k searches, through godaddy auctions.

It's 1 year old and in a high cpc niche, i'm wondering whats the easiest and fastest way of grabbing that top spot on google.

I'm currently on really limited funds due to losing my job recently.

    Thanks.

The same way you rank any other domain. With backlinks and onpage.

Depends on the competition. I have some domains which nearly match the exact query I am aiming for targeting 3 keywords which all have about 500K competition. Not massive search volume, but in under a week (brand new domain bought at weekend), it's ranking page 1 and 2 for the 3 primary keywords I want, just from social bookmarks and an article.

Just a few notes to add.

Take your exact match domain, say it's exactdomain.com.

In your Meta tags, use Exact Domain at the front of your title tag.

For Keywords, again use Exact Domain at the front of the keywords.

Drop it twice in the description tag if it makes since.

First page use H1 tag at top with Exact Domain in it. In the content occasionally bold your exact match domain. Work it into H2 and H3 tags for sub headings in your content.

In the footer say something like 'Copyright 2011 - Exact Domain' and Exact Domain is linked to www.exactdomain.com.

If you have pics on the page, work the Exact Domain keyword into all alt tags.

Once all that is done, blast the living shit out of it with SB, Xrumer, AMR, SENuke, Xgen SEO, and on and on.

I would first blast around 5000 Scrapebox links with the anchor text of the blast being 'Exact Domain'. I would then lower this to 500 a day. While you are going this, grab some unique content, all about your 'Exact Domain' keyword and spin the shit out of it. Make it readable but it doesn't need to be perfect. Use AMR, Xgen, or SENuke to create hundreds of Web 2.0 and article directory pages for your content. All content needs a link back to your site with the 'Exact Domain' keyword as the anchor text.

Now blast Scrapebox links at all your new article and web 2.0 pages. Then ping all of these SB links. This will start the spiders crawling up the pyramid.

Just rinse and repeat until you are at the top. Make sure you add lots of internal content. A one page site will be a bitch to rank vs. a site with 100 pages or 1,000, or more.

OK, I hope this helps. I wrote this while very tired and a little slow from some prescription pain pills.

If you want, more than happy to answer questions for anyone, just post them here so everyone can learn.

    Thanks
