I am learning to make money by joining CPA network and promote offer.I found some offer called incentive offer
But when I see that offer details it says:
    Traffic Allowed : Incentive

Traffic not Allowed : NO Brokering

Can I promote this offer by sending my offer link to my friend and he complete this offer for me then I got paid?

    Thanks

I dont know. You would think that they accept incentive would mean they dont give a shit where it comes from. But I blank referers anyway.

Ya but at some point incentive is always fraud. If you get a content locker from your cpa company and the visitor fills out a form; that's fraud. The visitor could care less what they filled out and just wanted to get to the content. Its all the same to me.

Brokering is hiring people to get your offers done legally you have to make it very clear to whom you hire to broker for you that they don't do any wrong doing.
