People that find your Skype ID in BHW (for example) and try to sell you PBN Links via Skype. If you have the time to search for Skype ID's, add them and message all of them individiually without them actually agreeing to this, your service can't be good.

You can judge them by the price and attitude of the seller. And finally, by results but I wish you never go so far.

Bought some adult links from a provider here on BHW. Links indexed and then within a week half the websites got deindexed. He replaced the links and then a month later all the sites were lost and so were all my links. He has since been banned from BHW but not from any action of mine. He was probably doing this to others too.
In my experience, unless you rent the link monthly you won't have much longevity. Within a year most of the links I bought with a one time payment are gone, like 90%. They either get deindexed, domain isn't renewed, or the hosting isn't renewed. Deindexation is the biggest problem.
Now I just buy cheap PBN links to boost Tier 1 links or index web 2.0's and profile links.

Most of the pbn sellers here are crap. I don't know why the admins are allowing them to sell such stuff.
