In general would buy aged accounts and warm them up. Thats the best Deal, fresh accs dont enjoy much trust

Warm up them by doing regular actions on them Like:

Like, follow/unfollow, watch reels, DM etc

I would also suggest you to buy the old accounts and warm them up gradually.

Making accounts is no joke. The majority of personally created ones would have very low trust score. Purchasing aged ones would be a smarter choice.
