hello my BHW friends
i just wanted to ask
what is the cheapest RDP available out there in the market
I don't care about anything all I need is a browser to re-up videos
and i cant afford to pay a lot since I'm still at the beginning

I think he ment RDP (Remote Desktop).

I think I've seen some cheap ones starting from $3 but those seems to be overloaded (80-99% CPU Use).

RDP is a protocol used to connect to VPS
 
You are right in a sense but the thing is Windows vps are tagged as "RDP". If you google the term "Buy RDP" you will find providers selling windows shared servers as "RDP" . "RDP" Is a protocol to connect to windows server and "VNC" is the protocol to connect to linux or other servers.

Product tagged as "RDP" are windows servers that are shared between users. Each users has their own account that they can use to access through rdp protocol.
 
Try Hetzner VPS. You may buy 4 Gb RAM VPS for 6 euro/month, I use it myself, works ok. Cheaper plans have very low RAM, it won't be enough.
 
Try aws servers , search for way to get free trial accounts
