    I mean stealing videos by the thousands from porn sites to reupload with your own watermark? Surely they can track you by domain registrar if they wanted? evne if you had it on whosis they could get police to tell the real name or not?

    I dont mean the big names like brazzers etc, but just amateur whores?

    I guess they wouldnt have the knowledge to sue or if they did wouldnt have the monetary means to make it worthwhile? They could have some whiteknights come to their rescue but would it really be worth it for them to get some spotty teenager uplaoding form his bedroom to make a little pocket money?

    Could you realistically get punished for this?

    This is the main reason I didnt commit 100% to this method in the past cos the more videos i would upload is the more paranoid id get about my ever increasing exposure.

    Make sure they can't track you then ;)
    And you will be fine, thousands of people are doing this already..

    Use a VCC to buy the domain name.

    Use a VCC, use fake name and address, use a burner, use whois protection and offshore hosting. That is the best you could do. Also, don't upload videos directly on your site and put up a notice like "None of the videos are hosted on our servers. We do not hold any control over them and cannot be hold liable for content hosted on other sites" something like this, I've seen many websites putting this in the footer. Idk if it is effective from a legal point of view or not.

    Well I wont be hosting anything only uploading videos to free tube sites and the only need for the domain is to redirect to the affiliate.

    Very very low chances of getting caught. Is it work the risk tho? I would say no. This is highly saturated already and you will be risking a lot for a few pennies. One model finds her vídeo online? Sued. Porn agency finds a vídeo of them in your website? Sued.

    Regardless, if you are willing to take the risk I say go for it!!

    Anyways you better...[IMG]

    Minuscule chances. Though you could twist this into your own advantage:
    1. Download the video;
    2 Blur whatever face you see;
    3. ?????
    4. Profit.

    This way, you will sparkle more the interest of people, and the most sites could do is to ban you. I know it would take longer because it implies spending time on each video, but if paranoia is that overwhelming, this could come in handy. Go make that buck now. ;)

    It depends on your personal location and the average wealth there.If you as example are located in the US the risk is way way higher getting sued than when living in india cause they always base their decission on cost-benefit analysis.
    Whois info is just a standard protection where everyone knows there isnt much to count on it thats why they always follow the money trace.So its possible your affiliate sponsor is getting an offical letter from their lawyer asking for your details by providing your aff ID for breaking xyz laws.

    If you wanna do something like that and you live in western countries make with your sponsor 100% sure that they will never provide your real details.....or use fake details and a paymentsystem with fake details too.

    If your site grows big and makes enough revenue (like the big players), for sure you will get sued since there's money you have earned which they can get after sueing you.

    I wont be big i only wanna make $20 a day :D Well that is my medium term goal anyhow

    What i did arrange tho was chaturbate agreed to let me use their recordings but they said only do it for the models who give permission to be filmed. I just looked on each one's chat room and if it had a dmca warning then i left it alone.

    I imagine the model would be more lenient if you were actively promoting the site they worked on rather than spreading it randomly.

    Thats the safest idea i found so far. Its a shame that chaturbate doesnt pay as well as other networks :(. crak gives more than twice as much for t1 and also has good payment for lower tiers whereas chaturbate is shit for lower. Crak doesnt have any videos on their websites unless you are a paying customer so that wont work and they said i wasnt allowed to use it anyhow. I went around asking loads of affiliate networks and all said no apart from one or two which werent suitable.

    Oh ye forgot all about the money trail. That was the part where I thought i couldnt get around it since you need payoneer account for instance and they have to send to a living address. I already have my real details for one. Would be alot of hasstle setting up a fake.

    That is what they all say. When I started I only wanted to make my 9-5 monthly wages, now I am not happy if I don't make them in a day.

    BTW, fake id's on a "money transfer account" could be a big problem. It's called money laundering, at least in the US.

    Think about it, that's exactly what criminals need to do, so they don't get caught.

    Most porn is not copyright protected in any way. The only thing that may be protected is a site logo or it's brand. As long ad you avoid issues with that you could be safe as long as you can show proof of legal age of all performers. That would be the real caveat emptor to your dreams.

    So what does the 'dmca' warning mean on all those chaturbate models profiles?
