What is the best way to rotate traffic?

What is the best way to rotate your traffic to cpa offers (or whatever)?

Here is what I would like to do...


my traffic source (yt or whatever)
|
\/
sent direct to landing page (dmr)
|
\/
rotate this traffic to cpa offer 1, cpa offer 2, cpa offer 3, etc


this way i can control where my lead traffic goes (from one location - not 100's of acct's), rotate the amount of traffic one network receives, split test offers, or change networks if anything should happen to that account.

Does anyone have a script for this or how do you rotate your traffic from one network offer to another?
