What is the best way to resolve dispute on paypal

    I get an average of 4 - 6 paypal un authorized disputes per month. I know, and most of you know that some of these are probally not unauthorized but the buyer who is just wanting to get their money back so they can steal your product, luckily my product is licensed well. But anways, What is the best way to handle these with paypal to get paypal to see in favor of the seller?

    Anyone have experience with this? I know in paypal terms it protects the seller for intangible goods.

    any help is appreciated

    Call Paypal and ask them that exact same question. They often can be very helpful in that regard, believe it or not, if you're straightforward and polite.
