What is the best way to redirect search engine traffic?

    Hey, can anyone tell me what is the best way to redirect search engine traffic to affiliate link without getting google penalty?

    301 (permanent) redirect

    by 301 redirect my site loses its authority and loses its rank

    With some sort of coding stuff.

    Check if javascript enabled (to make sure its a human, not a bot)
    Use if statement and redirect if the javascript enabled
    encrypt it 3-4 times, and use it from an external js file.

    And note that Google staff is spying here, so be careful.

    You need a some cloaking technique for this, Google manual reviewers are way too smart. You need:
    1. Filtered GEO traffic
    2. check the ref of each request
    3. you need a blacklisted IP list of known Google IP's
    4. Bad hosts
    and so much data, Google uses so many third-party services to check your website, lacking of the proper data will get your site banned in like couple of hours
