As someone said above, really seems the best way to make money these days is skill yourself up in a high-demand field and that others don't want to do because it is hard. Because I find it interesting, I have been digging into reverse engineering lately. Also some LLM stuff - but I sometimes get stuck with the next shiny object or go down a rabbit hole too much when I need to see the forest through the trees.
