Since you seem to be new at it, buy a domain name and simply do a 301 redirect to your aff link. Of course there are more sophisticated ways to spoof and fake your referrer but they require quite a bit of working / coding knowledge.

Just out of curiosity why would one want to hide their traffic sources from the company that pays you?

I''m not 100% sure, but you can post your URL on twitter then twitter will give you a shortened URL, if you use that click I believe it will always show twitter as the source.

Again, i'm not 100% - but you can give it a go and see.

I think the simplest way is to use an website like bit.ly to change from where your traffic comes.

If you use a content locker you will be able to conceal where your traffic is comming from the networks.

Twitter use t.co (it shows as full link in a number of softwares instead of t.co) and the CPA companies can easily track that he's saying Twitter to hide his original source, NO?
