Well like I said,Most of the hide my IP stuff is for your bowser. When you are going to a site.I want to hide my IP as soon as my computer starts up...Like if i'm using a program to post comments that doesn't have proxies in it,I'll have a program that will show a different IP address every time I use that program. And I don't want hackers to gain my info in some way.Does Proxy Firewall work for using your programs and surfing as well?

There is some free software i used to use called Freecap, you can launch a program thru this software and it will add proxy support. It also supports importing a large list so if you have this you should be able to use anything thru it.

search google for their site, not enough posts to share the link

    No falker, you are wrong

Much of BH is on the legal borders and much of it is crossing the legal borders or can become illegal every moment.
Spamming with prstorm or xrumer breaks most legal terms and can be considered spamming as well or at least laws can be adapted (and they WILL be adapted sooner or later).
Spamming emails is clearly illegal and frequently used.

Clicking own links, cookie stuffing all of that can get you sued.
Once a company sues you the authorities have the job to get your personal data from the information they have.
So that's the moment when authorities are on your neck even if you did not break any state laws ;)

A lot of the post ideas on here can lead to legal action, its called black for a reason. If you were just pushing the limits this would be called grayhatworld. It's up to you how far you go but don't think you are safe using a proxy let it be public or private.

BTW everything is traceable. Everything you do leaves a trace somewhere that can lead back if needed. Don't need to be paranoid but don't think you are 100% and do something stupid because you think you can't be traced.

Tor is rediculous and in my opinion, a waste of time and money.

CF works well with SeNuke and many other similar programs.
