    sup fellas,

Can anyone refer me to a thread on this subject or give your input on the best way to find high PR blogs that are willing to insert a text link for a monthly or yearly fee, I tried link assistant but the results its coming up with are total crap.

    thanks

I believe some of our fellows offer guest posting services. They do offer "writing of guest posts" and "posting" on their partner sites.
While some only write guest posts and you'll be the one who'll find a site to where you'll post them for guest posting purposes.
Have you tried checking the BST section?

    hpbacklinks.com

textlinkads.com (If you've got a bit more to spend)

sponsoredreviews.com (You need to search for the good sites)

any guest blogging network (Postrunner's good)

I'd go with HPBacklinks though, best SEO "tool" I've come across so far all things considered.

There are a ton of Homepage backlinks services on BHW alone.

Unless you are trying to get high pr links from niche related "natural site" then BHW sales for sale section is your shortcut to many high PR links in very short time for very affordable prices. :)

You want the best link money can buy? Contact the website owners directly. Find your niche related blogs (obviously not direct competitors) and contact via the "contact us" page/submit. Tell them you want to spend $$ to rent a link on the homepage.... for blogposts, tell them you want to contribute valuable well written content, and just have a link back in your site. Webmasters/blog owners want money and content just like every person on this forum. They won't mind linking out if you make it worth their while, and you don't directly compete with them.

I've tried all that above and there are couple problems:
    1. it's tedious and time consuming to contact the owners and in 99% cases there is no answer to your query.
    2. it's often pricey
    3. you don't own the properties so you cannot guarantee that next link there won't be "cheap pills" or site won't get renewed a year from now.

You can always start your own site network - get expired domains with some PR and authority and build it up. Might be cheaper, might even be more fun and in the end, you are the owner of those links - quality guaranteed.

I went this route when G annihilated big blog networks. Now even a 10-30 blog net can do helowa impact on your rankings.

Just something to consider along the guest posting lines.

I think it needs to be part of a diverse campaign. A few aged domains on different ips, some guest blog posts and a handful of homepage links from somwhere like hpbacklinks is a powerful cocktail. I like paid homepage links because i think they make financial sense, they invariably cost less to set up and maintain than your own network sites and you have control over them, inasmuch as you can take them off if you want to. As far as guest blogging is concerned, i think its only really viable when you can contact hundreds of webmasters at once with a tool like link assistant, what you can do then is build a database of sites that you can create a relationship with and you know are likely to accept your posts more than once. Also, homepage link networks tend to work on a category-based system so the risk of your camping site appearing next to a viagra link is often minimal.
