Anyone have any tips on creating diagrams and manuals for your workers? I am super creative but I can't figure out how to make visuals and step by step procedures for my outsourcers to follow.

I know I need help organizing so any tips on how to stay organized would also be appreciated :)

I use this to create flows charts and diagrams for presentation. Very user friendly and plenty of options available.

For info and training use a step by step or hierarchical approach order as needed. For diagrams, look for a mind map software that has a nice output. Mind Mapping works extra good for creative people when it comes to creating infographics and diagrams. There are tons of free Mind Mapping programs too, it's just a matter of choosing the one with the nicest output.

Why not just use Camtasia and then upload the videos to your server? You can create .pdf files and subsidize them with the videos. That way, your VAs get to see first hand how to carry out their assigned tasks.
