What is the best way of adding..

    Hey guys,

    As i was working on my soon to be launched quickvideooptin script's member area, i was confused on how to add 'training videos' there.

    i means what's the simplest way to add '.AVI' format video in my member's area (it's in PHP) so that video doesn't take much time to 'stream'. I have to add 5 videos there.

    Bit confused, please help.

    No video expert here and don't know exactly what 'streaming' is, but before putting a video on my site, I convert it to '.swf' format. It takes less bandwidth than .avi to play.

    Amazon offers a video/file? hosting service that is supposed to be a good value as well.

    About embedding the avi files, don't know if you're looking for a semi-automated way or whatever, but this shows the basics of how to:
