What is the best time to end an ebay UK auction? I know in America everybody recommends 7 pm west coast time, but what about the UK. Any opinions would help. Thanks.

Actually I thought Sunday at 8pm of your local time was the best time to end (unless you're posting in a different eB*ay). It's what most of the powerseller books on the shelves are stating. I doubt a lot of us eB*ayers are logging on to .uk.

My personal experience with eGay is to run five day auctions only and have them end on Tuesday or Wednesday night at around 8 pm CDT.

With changed pub times in the UK I'm not certain but pub time is a factor.

Also, never have your auctions end on the same night and time as soccer games if you can avoid it.

Yes. Sundays between 7 and 9 pm is what I use to read.

LOL, Thats some good advice.. Though I think they call it football.

Same with us US guys, don't end them on Sundays during football season (or Mondays)

You can ask 1000 different sellers and get 1000 different answers. I have been doing it for since 1998, sold over 50,000 items while listing/ending on all days/nights and mornings/afternoon and evenings and I will tell you that it really doesn't matter. Some people say evening, some morning, some say don't end on holidays (some of my best closings are holidays) but in the end if you sell good quality, good selling shit, it doesn't really matter what day or time you start or end it. eBay is 24/7 so someone is always on, bidding and buying.

Shit sorry, I didn't read it closely and now I see you meant in the UK.
