Hi

I am developing a website of Astrology. I am a web designer but not familiar very much with SEO.
I want to know the best techniques and shortest way of SEO.

Since you are a web developer, you can start optimizing your website for a start.
Start be reading some HQ on-page SEO article.
Building links as a part of the SEO process is much more complicated field.
Start with building manual backlinks.
Read a word or two about this as well.

You need great content with the right Keywords to get organic traffic. Also you will need backlinks- its all about the quality of the backlinks.
 
Content is the most important thing in SEO. Update frequent and most useful content about your niche in your website. Then Concentrate on Social media publishing Every Website should have social media page And you can promote it from that social media.

Make sure you bold, italicise and underline your keywords, you will be sure to get to #1.

If you need a little extra help, buy xrumer and blast 1,000,000 backlinks all using your keyword as anchor text!
