What is the best tablet for FLASH?

So I think I want to get a tablet...
I was THIS | | close on getting the iPad2, but then I found out that it doesn't allow to play YouTube videos (whatta downer!), and flash in general! So if I want to watch something streaming... I can't!

So question...
What is the best tablet that is good w/ Flash?

On the low end there is the PlayBook for $199...

even iPad can play flash if you install proper plugins. iPhone can do that also, check on youtube

Playbook wouldn't be a bad choice.

The prices have significantly dropped since buying mine.
