What is the best strategy to run a SMS campaign for casino?

Hey,
I'm trying to run a sms casino campaign.
I have SMS provider, I am using HLR for number. But still something doesnt work.
The steps I did it so far is:
Buying data > Run though HLR > Split for 4 brands and 4 creatives > sent SMS for the active numbers.
My results wasnt good enough and I basically wast money.
DLR: 90%
CTR: 1-3% on average
Click 2 Lead: 0% (almost nothing)

What am I doing wrong what do you think I need to do better?
Is it the data?(should I try to find higher quality source for that?) Is it the creative? or what exactly?

You need to fix your ad creative because your CTR is below the industry standard.

When you get better CTR, you will get more leads.

Thank you. I just want to make something clear.
This is cold data. So how can I know the creative is the wrong thing and not the data quality?
What is the the average CTR in the industry(for cold campaign)?

In my opinion, to run a compliant SMS campaign for your casino, target accurately, craft clear promotions, optimize timing, analyze results for adjustments, and prioritize customer support.

But, Im the affiliate and not the casino owner, so I cant prioritise customer support.

I run sms traffic and sometimes it really depends on geo
Also the database is super important

I started in UK, as far as I know people there really responsive to SMS especially for gambling.
I agree with you regarding the database. Super important. But I trusted the guy I bought the data from.
Maybe Its not the best, but still, how can I know?

How you tested the sms landing rate with real phone numbers, operators may blocked the sms.

do you have the live number there? just to check that the route is actually active
sometimes there can be fake delivery
also based on my experience, it is better to try several routes before launching whole campaign

What do you mean? I gave the creative to my operator and they set the routes for me. I can see on the platform the delivery rates.
Is there better way to test it?

I have the numbers although im not clearly understand what do you mean by 'live numbers'.
In the operator platform I can see the DLR how can I know if its fake or not? I think they are respected company so they will not said something been delivered when it isnt.
I can even see on which networks the DLR was the highest.

by live number I mean if you buy a number in services like sms activate or just have someone in the contry where you want to launch your campaign
where do you get your databases from? maybe it makes sense to sort it by operators
