You can be a lot more aggressive with link velocity. What works really well and has been working for quite some time.

• Aged domains (either using them directly as cloaked sites or as 301s)
• SAPE (works so well in SEA SERPs)
• Low OBL PBNs and Outreach links (edits, gps etc.) - these are universally a good choice

Even on-page signals are not as important, as long as you can push some heavy hitting links.

Folks use that but in se Asia things are bit different, gambling is illegal.. domain get blacklisted very often and govt censorship are keep updated ...they rank for month and then tanked

Gambling penetration in Indonesia is very low to be honest as compared to other country that legalise gambling. Also majority of the population are muslim and are not allowed to gamble.

Ranking is the same worldwide except it's literally easier to rank for any Language apart from English because of the competition.

build guest post link building only on high quality traffic sites and write human written proper article for posting guest post!
al cover all topics relevant to one topic it makes you topical authority

You can hire an SEO expert monthly basis. I hope you will get best result.

Make sure your content is in Indonesian and includes keywords that people in Indonesia would search for. Try to get links from high traffic sites.

The best way (which is working right now) is getting right expire domain and build your site on it. Buy lots of sidebar links and also redirect domain to your homepage.
