    Is it paypal, paxum or payoneer?

    Note: I am using these Advertising Companies: Juicyads, CPAGrip, Plugrush, Popads etc...

    payoneer cuts money when withdrawing its %3-4 . Also the minimum withdrawing is pretty much high: 200 $

    bitcoin (bitpay) is great for this but they dont accept all countries and the advertising companies dont support them...

    Yes paypal is the one who is not charge withdrawing all other payment gateways except paypal, charges when you withdraw.
