I'm really liking Zopim. If you wanna try it out, PM me and I can give you my ref link so I can possibly make a few bucks. If not, no worries. It's a great service though and what I really like is you can actually engage customers as they enter your site and see how they came to your site.

    hi,

livehelper can handle way more clients on less resources. If i recall correctly adding reps to zopim is not possible or painful like crap. Also zopim chat breaks have no record.

I might be wrong so people can please correct me.

With livehelper you can store all chats, add multiple reps for multiple clients so waiting time is less and also livehelper can transfer clients from one chat to other rep. This is beneficial if you have multiple departments like sales, technical etc.

Also almost all your listed scripts do this so in the end you are left with pricing options and light-weight with good reliability.

    Regards,

I'm using Offerchat. It is still Free. I have a lifetime license for free. If you will signup today and give feedback on how to improve the widget, they will give you a lifetime license since they will start the pricing next month.

I use Zopim - Just because it was what I started with and does the job. We transfer all the time so don't know that being a problem. It can be pricy though if you add 10 people at 30 bucks per. I actually may shop around some after reading this thread but Zopim has worked well for us so far.

Olark is great. We switched to GrooveHQ due to email ticketing support (while not being as good on live chat).
