StockPair, FMTrader, and Opteck have been pretty decent for us. Great support and pay on time.
I would take 24option out of that list.
It's good to see someone who has the same interest. I have been doing the binary option business for quite a while, and trust me, if you don't know what you are doing, don't get involved into this, as there are more chances of losing money rather than making money. Check the image below, I am an expert in trading binary options

Im a trader and have a stock alert ,option alert service, its a membership site, also looking for best affiliate to drive subs, if anyone has any good advice i would love to hear it, memberships will go form 50.00 for 90 days to 100.00 per month in aprox 30 days, we are looking to hook top with a pay for action deal, what would be the optimum payout for someone driving actual subs that pay and sign up? say at price point of 50.00 for 90 days and the new price point coming soon at 100.00 per mo? any suggestions appreciated

Don't just jump into it or you will lose all your money.. Just reply to this message if you are interested in making some serious cash.
Their platform is very good, as I have used their services but there are a lot of negative comments about IQoptions on the internet, where users complain about pending payments for too long, or no payments, although they are regulated by CySec. I have yet to find out about their legitimacy as I haven't tried their platform with my real money. I have just tested them with a demo account I made.

Rumors say that TOPOption is scam. I have no idea whether it is true or not, but there are so many negative comments on YouTube. I am working with 24option and they are amazing. They always pay on time.

try banc de binary
Unfortunately Banc De Binary does not allow registration from Pakistan. I would have preferred Banc De Binary since their minimum trade starts with 5 dollars and their platform is also easy to understand compared to other brokers.

Rushbucks is the best binary options I have worked with for conversion and payment.
For several months 24Option did not pay me, and even though my stats showed new traders and Cpa each month, they told me I was wrong. After an argument with them, they wiped my stats. When I confronted them about wiping my stats they banned my account. They are scammers and I would not trust them.
One day your name may get picked out the hat, and you will be the one being scammed.

I dont know about it but for payment method they accept skrill from any place ..yes their platform is pretty easy and first execution
