What Is The Best Front Page Structure For Wordpress?

I'm setting up a new blog and was curious if anybody had experience with this. For SEO - what is the best way to display posts on the front page of your blog? Should you use excerpts or display the entire post?

For SEO I am guessing it's all the posts, it doesn't look too great though and it slows the loading of the page as on my pagehttp://http:www.ameliachampion.comhttp://www.ameliachampion.com - I want to change it to excerpts. Also important to load All in one seo pack plug-in.

I chose my theme based on no. of columns so that I can monetise it once I've got my nos. up.

I was thinking the same thing, but I remember once hearing that Google doesn't like to see unique content on the same domain.
