What is the Best Email Service for Affiliate Marketing

I didn't know where to post this but, what is the best email service for affiliate marketing? I tried Aweber and I uploaded a list but they had to send out an email to my list for them to join my list a second time which was bs. Constant Contact does not want any emails containing affiliate marketing content, they will suspend your sending privileges, so what's the best out there for affiliate marketing? I need something that I can upload a list of 10,000 and I want my email to go to the inbox not the junk/spam folder. Any Idea's?

Sorry for the bump but I need an answer to this too. Anyone an idea?
