Assume my URL is http://mysite.com

What is the best way to post a comment on a high PR blog/forum and have it work best. How should the keywords be incorporated.

Let's say the keyword is: microfiche equipment

    Would it go:

Blest microfiche equipment blah blah... is at http://mysite.com

How can anchor test be incorporated on the URL for the comment post?

http://mysite.com is the best way unless the post is completely irrelevant to the keyword.

Isn't what you posted an example of an anchored link?

    Yes.

    Use this for forums:

    KW

    And this for HTML sites:

    <a href="http://site.com">KW</a>

    Do what @TheMatrix says.

If you are able to place a deeplink as an anchor text, then is it even better. Just remember to keep your link and comment relevant. If you don't then will you most likely get your comment deleted.
