what is the best backlink checker

as title says it would be better if it was on the internet and not a program but i dont mind, i have spent a while looking on google and all i get are sites that never seem to stop loading and never update my links when i know they are there

Wep app : Personnaly I like backlinkwatch, even if it's a bit slow.
Desktop app : SEO Elite work great for me

Yahoo site explorer. Why use an app that simply pulls a result from here when you could get it direct. Yse is also pretty quick and its good that you can check links to the domain or page separately as well as remove / include links from same domain.
