What is the Best Article Re-Writing Tool - NOT SPINNER?

It is called "article reviser" and you can get it here:

Virus total- 1/40, my antivirus has no issue with it.

If you search for it, you can get it from the owner by signing up to his list.

I use it all the time for rewriting PLR and stuff I steal from other people, er I mean, when I have researched a topic and write my article.

It looks awesome!

Yeah, it wasn't that tool, although I have used it before.

Another similar tool is http://www.articletoolchest.com/

But the program I am looking for is even more basic.

Damn, I hate it when I can't find something.

It's http://www.dupefreepro.com/. I have used it in past. The features and characteristics of this software are exactly the same as you mentioned all throughout this post. :)

Close, but not it, on the software I am thinking about the windows are horizontal not vertical and it is even more basic.

Use MS Word and open both the article and new, do split pane horizontal with locking scroll.

Okay, Guys I have not seen any good tool for this but so far If you can try Google And Bing Translator I guess they can do it. Just take an article of english translate it into German then from German to French and from French to Spanish and then translate it back into english, I hope it will work for you, So far this trick is very old but people are not using this now and this is not article spinning.

Ages ago, I found a great free simple tool to help re-write articles and PLR.
When you opened the program it had 2 windows, you loaded the article into the top window and re-wrote it in the bottom window.
Now of course I can't find it on my HD (it is there but I got a TB of unsorted stuff there) and I don't remember what it was called.

Does anybody know the tool I am talking about?

If not, then can you recommend the best tools for article re-writing?

Please don't suggest spinning tools, as I find what they produce to be pretty poor.
Also most of the time I find it would have been quicker to write the article from scratch.

Cheers
Hi, I know you said don't suggest spinner tools, but SpinnerChief has a module that is for manual spinning only exactly as you describe, you can get SC3 free at the moment because it is currently in beta. Here's a video of the manual rewriting tool:

If you're using the software to give you ideas, i think instant article wizard from JonLedger can gives you a lot more ideas while you write your articles.
I used it for few year already and loved it.

I second the idea of using an content scraper (online or standalone script) like IAW, along with Dragon Naturally Speaking, to create manual rewrites. A script can't re-structure a sentence or paragraph, check for human-readable flow, or change the tone of the writing, which is what is really needed to properly re-write an article. Your brain will have to be the correct processor for this operation. Set up your desktop to see the scraped content on one side of the screen, then dictate unique content on the fly into your word processor using DNS.

I use a tool called Article Helper Pro. The original paragraph sits in the top horizontal pane with two open panes below for rewriting. Very basic, but effective.

Yes, article spinner may not so good as human writing, but it is more convenient for people to work efficiently. I just want to share an article spinner COUPON CODE of SpinnerChief:whb30off, if you need it, it is ok, if not, just ignore it.

using rewriting tools is not the problem for me its what websites to write at? i hate doing freelance work as a writer!

The software was just to help manually re-write an article/PLR, it didn't spin anything.
Probably not much use to most people, I just found that it was useful to have a PLR article in the top window for ideas and then I could manually re-write it in the bottom window.

Haha, was looking for the same thing; starting to regret having started reading this thread...

Maybe check out some code comparing tools, which would most likely limit you to use within simple notepad-type editors.
